If you are a runner and you will be in the DC area on September 27th, join in on a 5K run for charity. While staying in corporate housing there will be plenty of activities to plan on. This is a fund raising event for The German School Washington. The event will start off with a 5K run followed by a fun run for children and will culminate in a traditional German Oktoberfest celebration. Proceeds of the event will be used to purchase new technical stage equipment (e.g. audio system, spotlights etc.). Make it a fun day and run as team with your coworkers, classmates or friends! The races are held rain or shine.
