The Fairmont Washington, D.C., Georgetown's culinary team is offering couples cooking classes for the next two Saturdays, from 4:00-5:30. February 21st you will get the chance to make Fairmont's signature crab cakes with mache salad, radish sprouts and lemon vinaigrette. On Saturday, February 28th we will be preparing Peking Duck crepes and California Rolls. The classes are $85 per person and $150 per couple.
