The race is on Sept. 7th, beginning at 7:00 am. The event takes participants through the National Mall, a 1.5k swim in the Potomac River and a 40k bike course all over DC and Maryland. The last leg is a 10k run pas the city's most historical landmarks. At the end...... a festival with music and food, and fun.
