How Do You Handle Packages and Deliveries During a Longer Stay?
If you're staying with us for a month or more, packages and deliveries are bound to come up, whether that's everyday online orders or a larger shipment tied to work. Most of our properties can accommodate normal package delivery without any special arrangements.
What Should You Do If You're Expecting a Large Shipment?
Give us a heads-up ahead of time. Since our properties range from apartment buildings to townhomes, the process for receiving a large shipment can vary, and we'd rather help you plan for it than have it show up unannounced.
Who Do You Contact If a Delivery Issue Comes Up?
Reach out to our team directly. We're your point of contact for the property itself, so you're not stuck trying to track down a building manager or landlord you've never met.
