Get out to Shuck It! Festival while staying in short term housing in Washington DC

Shuck It! Festival is a waterfront oyster and beer festival in Georgetown happening on October 17 at Tony & Joe’s Seafood Place. Guests can enjoy bottomless local oysters, unlimited craft beer, and live music, with part of the proceeds supporting oyster restoration efforts in the Chesapeake. It runs from 1–5 p.m. and is a great pick if you want a lively fall food event in DC.

How Does Attache Support Federal Contractors on Multi-Month Engagements?

Contract engagements with federal agencies often run several months with room to extend depending on the scope of work. We give contracting firms a housing partner that can scale up or down as a project's staffing needs change.

Can a Contracting Firm Book Housing for Several Employees at Once?

Yes, we regularly coordinate multiple units for firms placing more than one person on the same engagement, and we can consolidate billing to simplify things on your end.

What Happens If the Contract Extends Past the Original Timeline?

Let us know as early as possible. We'll work to extend existing reservations rather than having your team search for new housing mid-project.

It is our pleasure to provide this information. If you are looking for furnished apartments or corporate housing in the Washington DC area please consider Stay Attache. Give us a call at 800-916-4903 to further discuss your needs.
